As a P.S. to previous emails please remember to chat to the concierge staff and Ricky the caretaker to find out as much as possible about flooding etc. Also the latest news on External Improvement Works, see letter of 18 Jan 2018 which is about Ilex House corridors redecoration, new doors for every flat etc.
If residents are able to choose colours for the communal areas and their front entrance doors and communal areas, as they say, presumably there will be a community meeting over these issues or individual letters.

Ilex House Action 
Thinking about it now. That wasn’t up to me or any other resident to mop up the mess made by water being flooded into the shed area.
It was in a communal area.
