Our car park was turned into block of flats.

Our communal corridors and areas are an eye-sour.

We have no sprinklers.

We have no fire extinguishers in communal areas.

We have no centralised alarm system.

The door bell intercom phone is in-audible.

Leakage through the walls.

Sewage problem and many more.
